Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal AI tools, agents, and workflow automation systems.
- Build AI-powered applications that support engineering, operations, manufacturing, and business functions.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Create and integrate AI agents for knowledge retrieval, reporting, decision support, and process execution.
- Develop and maintain software applications and backend systems using Python, C, C++, Java, and related technologies.
- Integrate AI technologies, APIs, databases, and business systems into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and implement AI and automation opportunities.
- Optimize software performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to software development best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field
- 3–5 years of software development experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, C / C++, Java, etc.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, APIs, and system integrations
- Understanding of AI workflow automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), Software architecture and scalable system design
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal oversight
- Experience developing AI agents or automation systems
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector databases, Cloud platforms, Docker/containerized environments
- Experience in manufacturing, defense, automotive, or industrial environments preferred
