About the role
The Product Marketing organization at Cisco is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that strengthen how Cisco positions, communicates, and brings its portfolio to market. This role will involve partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and other key stakeholders to advance high-impact initiatives, evolve product and portfolio messaging, and ensure Cisco’s value is clearly and consistently communicated to customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs that enhance Cisco’s positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to accelerate go-to-market priorities.
- Manage program plans, governance, risks, and dependencies to provide clear executive reporting and track measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Cisco’s market presence and customer impact.
- Communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver solutions that resonate with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, AI, product marketing, or go-to-market programs.
- Program management skills including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
- Experience reviewing success measures and tracking business outcomes.

Benefits
Cisco offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. The starting salary range for this position is $154,900.00 to $225,300.00, subject to location and individual performance. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Cisco also provides generous paid time off, flexible vacation time, and optional volunteer days. For quota-based sales roles, incentive compensation is included in the salary range.
Pay
$154,900.00 to $225,300.00 annually, subject to location and individual performance.
