AI Program Manager
About the role
Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of junior employees.
Responsibilities
- Support, plan, schedule, coordinate, or deliver AI, data science, government, or business operations projects
- Engage stakeholders and interact with senior executives or Flag Officers
- Work independently with minimal direction and lead a team
- Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering AI, data science, government, or business operations projects
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and interacting with senior executives or Flag Officers
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and lead a team
- Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice if you have: Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW), Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence, Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting, SAFe Program Consultant Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Benefits

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
