AI Product Manager
About the role
Slalom is seeking talented consultants to support organizations through modernization of their product operating models and ways of working, including accelerating product results by enabling the PDLC with AI.
Responsibilities
Assess Maturity of Product Organizations - Perform organizational assessments, analyze current state processes and structures, gather stakeholder input through interviews and surveys, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
Infuse AI into the Product Lifecycle - Identify and enable AI tools and capabilities, assist in evaluating AI solutions for product workflows, support pilot programs, and help document AI best practices
Create documentation including process maps, organizational charts, role definitions, playbooks, training materials, and presentation decks that support transformation initiatives
Lead team-level workshops, deliver training sessions on agile practices and product management techniques, facilitate retrospectives and planning sessions, and support change adoption activities
Identify value streams and shape cross-functional teams, help establish cadences and practices, optimize tools and systems, and guide teams through adoption of new ways of working
Collect and analyze metrics, create dashboards and reports, monitor adoption and performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to team success - Collaborate with engagement teams, share knowledge and lessons learned, support proposal development, and continuously develop your own skills and expertise
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, agile coaching, scrum master, or related roles with at least 1 year in consulting or client-facing positions
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product management practices
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development workflows
- Working knowledge of product operating models, value stream management, or lean portfolio management concepts
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Pay
The targeted base salary pay range for a Consultant is $90,000-115,000 and a Senior Consultant is $110,000 to $153,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
