Accountabilities

You will own the customer deployment journey from initial implementation to successful adoption. You will combine technical expertise, product thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to create reliable AI-driven process solutions while contributing learnings back into the platform.

Lead end-to-end deployments, taking workflows from initial process definitions to production-ready systems with measurable improvements.

Configure, implement, and optimize enterprise workflow environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

Debug complex integrations, build custom agents when needed, and adapt solutions to customer-specific technical requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive successful adoption of AI-powered workflows.

Translate customer challenges into product improvements, technical requirements, and reusable implementation patterns.

Create documentation, deployment playbooks, and best practices that accelerate future implementations.

Train customer teams and ensure they can independently manage and improve deployed solutions.

Contribute directly to product evolution by identifying opportunities, fixing issues, and developing features, agents, and reusable components.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems and working closely with customers.

You should have experience delivering production systems, communicating across technical and business audiences, and adapting quickly in evolving environments.

Experience delivering software solutions in enterprise production environments with a strong understanding of reliability, governance, and scalability requirements.

Strong engineering skills with the ability to debug integrations, develop custom solutions, and work with distributed systems.

Experience with Java services, React interfaces, and modern software development practices.

Practical experience applying AI technologies to solve real-world problems, including agent workflows, prompt engineering, context management, and AI system testing.

Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, architects, and business leaders.

Able to operate independently, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and create structure where processes are still evolving.

Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or professional services roles is a plus.

Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance is beneficial.

Experience with agentic systems, AI-integrated workflows, or open-source/platform contributions is a plus.

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed.
