AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer
About the role
ProcessOS is a new Camunda product designed to describe business processes in natural language, generating executable BPMN workflows, and improving autonomously from production data. We are seeking the first cohort of Forward Deployed Engineers to bring ProcessOS into production at enterprise customers. You will own the deployment journey from first process file to a working, improving system, and hand off a functioning capability to the customer's team.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and prove: Own the end-to-end journey from first process file to a running, measurably improving production workflow.
- Feed the product: Build the product as you work with customers, including features, agents, and skill files.
- Drive organizational adoption: Work across technical and business stakeholders to turn early deployments into lasting customer capability.
- Work at technical depth: Configure Camunda clusters, debug integration failures, and build custom agents where platform defaults don’t fit.
- Build the playbook: Document best practices as you discover them and make the next deployment faster.
- Hand off deliberately: Leave each customer team trained, independent, and capable of acting on improvement results without you.
Requirements
You have enterprise production experience, including shipping something inside a large organization and seeing it operate. You are comfortable with ambiguity and making sound judgments without a playbook. You have practical AI experience, using AI to solve real problems in production, and you are familiar with context management, prompt engineering, agent testing, and integration tradeoffs.

Pay
Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth.

Full-time position with occasional travel may be required.
