AI Post Producer

About the role

Location: Los Angeles, California. Job Type: Contract. Are you ready to lead creative operations at the frontier of Generative AI for one of the world's largest digital retail ecosystems? We are seeking a consultative AI Post Producer to own end-to-end production workflows, optimizing high-volume image pipelines and driving operational excellence across multi-channel campaigns. In this high-visibility role, you will act as the vital strategic bridge between creative directors, art directors, and GenAI artists to elevate visual standards at scale.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end production schedules, brief intake pipelines, and resource allocations to guarantee seamless workflow execution and on-time delivery across concurrent digital site imagery campaigns.
• Establish standardized operational protocols, brief templates, and quality-control checkpoints to ensure technical precision, platform compliance, and brand alignment across all AI-generated assets.
• Direct daily workload management and capacity planning for internal and freelance GenAI artists to balance team utilization, mitigate bottlenecks, and scale production capacity.
• Facilitate review and feedback loops between art directors, designers, and post-production leadership to streamline revision cycles and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of creative operations, production management, or post-production experience within a top-tier agency, post facility, or enterprise in-house brand studio.
• Specialized expertise managing high-volume digital image pipelines and practical familiarity with Generative AI workflows and tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ComfyUI).
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise production tracking systems (e.g., Airtable) to build real-time status dashboards, track metrics, and manage complex schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or a related field, paired with strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
