AI Ops Engineer - GTM

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OpenClaw (& other agentic) skills and workflows across the GTM org
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS/AM, and Partnerships to identify high-leverage tasks for automation
• Wire agents into existing tools and integrate APIs, data sources, and third-party services
• Ship automated workflows that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure reliability: diagnose and fix issues when agent workflows break

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience - new grads and early-career builders welcome!
• Hands-on OpenClaw or agentic experience (e.g., Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, and custom LLM/API projects)
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and communicating effectively with executives and GTM teams
• Clear communication and adaptability are key
