About the Opportunity

The AI Operations Lead role is central to advancing the integration of AI across the organization. The position involves working closely with multiple teams to understand and improve workflows by embedding AI-driven solutions that replace repetitive tasks with higher-value activities. This role drives the adoption of AI workflows that deliver measurable impact, ensures these innovations are sustainable and scalable, and fosters a network of AI champions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to map end-to-end workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy reusable AI skills, agents, and workflows that teams adopt effectively.
• Build and support a network of AI champions across teams to maintain and promote AI solutions.
• Develop a shared library of AI tools, templates, and playbooks to accelerate deployment.
• Ensure workflows comply with data-handling, security, and human-in-the-loop standards.
• Measure and report on AI adoption, time savings, and workflow outcomes to guide scaling decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and collaborating with engineering to deliver adopted AI or automation solutions.
• Strong skills in workflow and process design with the ability to understand complex operating models.
• Ability to earn trust across diverse teams and manage skepticism.
• Preference for creating reusable systems rather than one-off solutions.
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, evolving environments.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
