AI Operations Lead

About the role

The AI Operations Lead at Arcadia is responsible for embedding AI into existing workflows across the company. This role involves rotating through teams to understand their current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing AI solutions that teams can adopt. The goal is to create scalable, reusable AI capabilities that benefit multiple teams and continue to improve even after the lead moves on.

Responsibilities

• Embedding with teams to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define AI opportunities
• Designing and building Claude skills, workflows, and automations that teams can use
• Engaging and growing a champion network within each team to sustain AI initiatives
• Codifying successful AI implementations into reusable patterns and libraries
• Maintaining and scaling AI workflows to support new teams
• Measuring and reporting on the impact of AI implementations

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in workflow design and automation
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• A bias towards reusable systems and patterns
• Experience in AI governance concepts (data classification, human-in-the-loop)

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D, product, or engineering operations
• Familiarity with AI-native operating models
