About the role

We are seeking a skilled AI Operations & Data Analyst to join our team in Melville, NY. This full-time, hybrid position requires presence in the office Monday through Wednesday, with remote work flexibility for the remaining days. The successful candidate will operate at the nexus of data engineering, business strategy, and AI validation, ensuring our machine learning models and automated workflows generate tangible value. You will develop and implement advanced AI capabilities focused on real-world service operations data, particularly within Field Service, and create data visualization solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely standard reports and data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Develop and deploy AI solutions to automate data analysis processes, improving operational efficiencies
• Audit and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure operational accuracy and eliminate hallucinations
• Monitor real-time AI model performance, tracking metrics such as reliability, bias, and accuracy
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured data workflows, automation pipelines, and KPIs
• Design intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present complex AI insights compellingly
• Create comprehensive data summaries and visualizations suitable for presentations, reports, and interactive platforms
• Partner with engineering teams to scope, test, and implement workflow automation solutions that have high operational impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, operations analytics, or related domains
• Experience supporting large enterprise accounts or client-facing projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS ecosystem, and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, graphs, and complex formulas
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database management tools
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or equivalent
• Understanding of AI validation techniques, bias mitigation, and model performance metrics
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights into clear presentations
• Ability to work overtime during critical reporting periods as needed
