About the role

The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies within the company's product and engineering center. This includes overseeing the creation and deployment of decentralized exchange systems, ensuring they meet high standards of security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and deployment of AI-native products and services
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of new AI-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to AI and cybersecurity
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
• Proven track record of successful leadership in AI and/or blockchain projects
• Experience with decentralized exchange systems and smart contracts
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its integration with AI systems
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
