About the role
We are seeking a senior-level AI Native HR Transformation Executive to lead and deliver large-scale HR transformation programs powered by ServiceNow HRSD and AI-enabled capabilities. In this role, you will own end-to-end execution—from mobilization through go-live—driving measurable business outcomes and value realization. As a strategic delivery leader, you will shape and implement next-generation HR operating models that integrate human and AI workforces, enabling autonomous, scalable, and future-ready HR service delivery across global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven HR transformation programs, with full accountability for execution, outcomes, and value realization
- Act as the senior delivery executive, ensuring continuity, quality, and alignment from program mobilization through deployment
- Design and activate AI-native HR operating models, integrating human and agentic AI processes
- Provide thought leadership on autonomous HR, shaping innovative, scalable service delivery frameworks
- Oversee integrated program management across HRSD, AI, platform, and organizational change workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery pace
- Establish and lead governance structures (e.g., SteerCo, Design Authority, leadership forums) to drive effective decision-making
- Ensure delivery excellence by managing risks, dependencies, milestones, and quality across complex global programs
- Drive enterprise-wide change adoption, embedding AI-enabled ways of working across HR and business functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading HR transformation, HR operating model design, or HR service delivery initiatives
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise HR transformation programs, including end-to-end ownership from mobilization through go-live
- Prior experience working within consulting environments (e.g., Accenture, Big 4, or similar) leading client-facing transformation programs
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD certifications, PMP, Agile, or change management certifications)
- Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, HR, or Technology-related discipline, West Coast region preferred location
