We are seeking a senior ServiceNow AI Consultant / Architect to support a large-scale AI-driven delivery transformation program. This role will focus on accelerating AI adoption, enabling AI-powered workflows, and driving innovation within the organization.

About the Role

The AI Consultant / Architect will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing AI solutions using ServiceNow platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI strategies
• Training and mentoring other team members in AI concepts and best practices
• Managing AI projects from conception to deployment
