AI Literacy Manager

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, this role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver AI literacy initiatives for employees at all levels across the company
• Collaborate with various teams to implement AI literacy programs adhering to enterprise guidelines
• Develop cultural transformation initiatives that align the organization on AI initiatives
• Implement tailored education programs to build AI fluency across the organization
• Organize and deliver high-impact events to foster community engagement
• Lead stakeholder mapping and management for cohesive messaging about AI's value
• Track and report on the effectiveness of AI learning programs

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 5 years of AI or technology education or Go-to-Market experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years in the same
• 5+ years leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs in Fortune 500 environments
• Track record of executing successful learning & development or GTM technology programs, especially in the biopharma or AI sectors
• Comfortable using gen AI tools like ChatGPT and other automation technologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams

Pay

$121,527 – $164,418 annually
