AI Learning Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI learning projects from planning to execution and measure outcomes
• Conduct research to identify challenges for AI upskilling across departments
• Evaluate AI tools to support their integration into business processes
• Facilitate change management for AI adoption in workflows and technologies
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of AI initiatives
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base to streamline information sharing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI Learning or project management, preferably in tech or cybersecurity
• Proficient in AI applications and productivity tools such as Jira, Asana, and Slack
• Skilled in developing adult learning materials using blended methods
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for global audiences
• Exceptional communication skills for building relationships across a global organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, and analyze data for insights
• A degree in related fields such as HR, Business, IT, or AI
• Preferred familiarity with cybersecurity industry operations
