About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to support strategic AI-enabled Communications Surveillance initiatives within the Communications Surveillance Group (CSG). Reporting to the Head of Data and AI Program, this role will drive execution and governance for multiple AI and transformation workstreams across Compliance, Risk, Technology, Data Science, Operations, and Business stakeholders. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and can independently drive complex initiatives from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project plans, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery schedules for AI initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and drive accountability for deliverables.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews, and status updates.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate critical issues.
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and program communications.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, action logs, and decision records.
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Proven Project Management, PMO, Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Data, Surveillance, or Regulatory environments (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, AI, analytics, data, or technology initiatives.
  • Expertise with project governance, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting (preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
