Based on-site in Joliet, IL, this position focuses on developing, deploying, and supporting AI-powered solutions that revolutionize inventory management and automate manual workflows. You will serve as a technical expert and an innovation enabler, directly impacting inventory operations by integrating AI solutions to optimize processes. Fluency in Spanish is essential to support diverse team dynamics and stakeholders across linguistic and geographical boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered tools to enhance inventory management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack AI applications that integrate seamlessly into business workflows and drive automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions, offering measurable efficiency gains.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI models and applications, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor advancements in AI technologies, evaluate their potential for business applications, and recommend strategic adoption to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying AI solutions, including full-stack applications and automated workflows.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar, with experience in developing production-ready applications.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, both written and spoken, to support communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or related technical disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience working in industries with sophisticated inventory or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying large-scale AI models and applications.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including iterative development and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Exposure to multilingual AI model deployment, particularly solutions tailored for Spanish-speaking environments.
