Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the AI Business Operations enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning AI initiatives to enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior Business Operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and guide AI enablement opportunities, supporting delivery from ideation through deployment.
  • Serve as a lead subject matter expert for the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI-enabled third-party solutions.
  • Lead identification and mitigation of AI-related risks across the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal security, legal, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate as the primary strategic liaison between Business Operations and Product and Engineering organizations on AI-related topics, including governance, compliance, adoption, and operating models.
  • Support enterprise teams in quantifying the cost, value, and impact of AI enablement initiatives to inform investment decisions and prioritization.
  • Provide regular, executive-level updates to senior leadership on AI enablement progress, adoption metrics, risk posture, and business impact.
  • Owning and continuously improving model risk management governance for AI products and internal AI tools, incorporating emerging risks, trends, and regulatory expectations.
  • Conducts risk assessments on third-party vendors for TPRM Program.
  • Provides compliance support for payments related regulations / requirements.
  • Performs compliance reviews at the request of management for updates to business processes or new product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business operations, digital transformation, risk management, enablement, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks, compliance processes, or risk management initiatives in a complex organization.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across business, product, engineering, and risk teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured initiatives and execution plans.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments with emerging technologies and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
