AI-First Marketing Generalist & Agent Manager

About the role

Harmony is an AI‑native company that sells AI agents and runs its own marketing on them. The AI‑First Marketing Generalist & Agent Manager will take the operating layer off the CMO’s plate by owning creative, content, and paid‑growth execution through AI agents. This role is not a MarTech or Marketing Operations position; it owns the end‑to‑end creative, content, and paid‑media function, directing AI agents to produce and improve output.

Responsibilities

  • Command the paid‑media agent across all paid channels (search, paid social, display, video, retargeting).
  • Own both creative (ad copy, video, UGC concepts, landing pages, creative testing) and analytics (spend, cost‑per‑lead, pipeline contribution, weekly reporting, budget reallocation).
  • Turn weekly paid reports into decisions: cut under‑performing assets, scale winners, kill ineffective creative, and reallocate budget.
  • Run AI‑first content and brand creative: build webinar decks, tailored email copy, tradeshow banner copy, booth messaging, one‑pagers, and event handouts.
  • Feed organic channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, YouTube, blog, and other owned surfaces) in Harmony’s voice using text, images, and video.
  • Produce all output AI‑first: draft with agents, direct the output, apply brand judgment, and ship quickly.
  • Write and refine agent instructions, turning repeatable work into skills and workflows so the system improves each month.
  • Capture what works, promote it into the system, and close the loop so quality compounds.
  • Own end‑to‑end execution and report crisply to the CMO (what shipped, what’s working, what to change, in numbers).
  • Make a two‑person function perform like ten by delegating whole jobs to agents.
  • Initial 90‑day starter set (examples of work to delegate):
    • Generate 20+ ad angles per campaign using buyer language from G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Reddit, and sales‑call transcripts.
    • Maintain a rolling competitor teardown (pricing, homepage, ad‑creative) refreshed monthly.
    • Build landing pages quickly, run “copy tournaments” with adversarial agents, and ship the winner.
    • Create a paid‑account health pass: 90‑day ad data analysis, creative‑fatigue kill list, and winner traits.
    • Produce product and UGC videos (agent‑generated and in‑house), direct editing, and ship only top‑quality assets.
    • Develop lead magnets (static PDFs and interactive tools like ROI calculators or IT‑maturity quizzes).
    • Run a quarterly “kill Harmony” red‑team: an agent simulating a competitor CMO to find positioning holes.
    • Conduct a brand‑consistency pass to ensure voice and messaging alignment.

Who You Are

  • Built internet‑scale projects (side projects, newsletters, viral experiments, micro‑tools, or grown channels) and love creating because you can’t not.
  • Hand off whole jobs, not just tasks; manage AI like a manager, not a user.
  • True generalist: part strategist, part copywriter, part designer, part analyst—all in the same afternoon.
  • Fluent in paid media: have run real budgets across multiple channels and can read performance reports to act.
  • Deep empathy for IT and HR buyers; can anticipate pains and judge what will land before spending.
  • Excellent taste: can distinguish raw AI output from good AI output and close the gap.
  • Move at hacker speed: ship MVPs, measure, iterate without waiting for permission.
  • Write clearly and concisely; can craft a slide, banner, and LinkedIn post in Harmony’s voice.
  • Nice to have: B2B SaaS or developer/IT‑audience experience; hands‑on with no‑code/automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, etc.); design sensibility in deck and basic creative tools; comfort in front of a camera and video‑editing; willingness to travel for shoots; experience standing up a paid channel from zero.

Location & Schedule
