AI+ Finance Lead
About the role
then paragraph(s). Should we include Grade Level? It's internal but still part of about role. We'll keep. Responsibilities: there is a list of responsibilities under headings: Strategic Planning and Execution, Collaboration And Partnership, Opportunity Discovery And Assessment, Implementation Leadership, Metrics And Reporting, Ethics & Governance, Thought Leadership. We need to output a- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can combine all responsibilities into a list. Should we preserve subheadings? Probably not needed; just list items. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Requirements: The posting has "What We’re Looking For" with Basic Required Qualifications and Additional Preferred Qualifications. Also "Compensation/Benefits Information" includes Pay and Benefits. Also "What’s In It For You?" includes mission, people, values, benefits description. Also "Benefits" section includes bullet list of benefits.
We need sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
"Requirements" could be Basic Required Qualifications.
"Qualifications" could be Additional Preferred Qualifications.
"Skills" could be derived from required qualifications: project management, communication, analytical, strategic thinking, etc. But we should not invent. The posting includes "Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills". Also "Strong project and program management experience". Also "Ability to translate complex concepts". Also "Experience partnering with Finance organizations". Also "Knowledge of AI governance frameworks". Also "Demonstrated success developing AI roadmaps". Also "Passion for innovation". We could list these as skills.
But we must not create sections with filler. If we have content for Skills, we can include.
Benefits: there is a Benefits section with bullet list: Health & Wellness, Flexible Downtime, Continuous Learning, Invest in Your Future, Family Friendly Perks, Beyond the Basics. Also earlier "Compensation/Benefits Information" mentions eligibility for annual incentive plan, additional S&P Global benefits. Also "What’s In It For You?" includes mission etc but not benefits. We'll include Benefits section with the bullet list.
Pay: The posting includes anticipated base salary range $115,236 to $201,357, plus annual incentive plan. So we can include Pay section with that info.
Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use
for headings. Use
- for lists. Use
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We can include minor metadata like location maybe in a short
under About the role? The posting includes Location: London, United Kingdom. We could incorporate that as a short paragraph. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, fraud alert, etc. Let's craft. Structure:

We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, fraud alert, etc. Check that we preserved all substantive info: About the role includes grade level, description, location. Responsibilities captured all bullet points. Requirements captured basic required qualifications. Qualifications captured preferred qualifications. Benefits captured list. Pay captured salary range and incentive. We omitted "What’s In It For You?" mission etc. That's substantive but not covered in any section. Should we include it? It's about mission, people, values. Could be placed under a section like "About the company" but we don't have that heading. The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The mission etc is substantive. We could add a section "About the company" but not in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot add other headings. So we must fit that content somewhere else, maybe under About the role? But About the role is specifically about the role, not company. However we could incorporate mission etc into About the role as extra paragraph? That would be adding info not originally under About the role but still substantive. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid adding extra info to existing sections as long as we don't invent. Adding mission etc to About the role would be adding content not originally there but it's still from posting. It's not inventing. It's okay to place it there as long as we don't create a new heading. The instruction
