We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes "About The Role" content, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, compensation/pay. No schedule. So we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine basic required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Grade Level (for internal use): 13" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably drop. We need to extract content: About The Role: The paragraph after "About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 13 The Role S&P Global Inc. is seeking a strategic and innovative AI+ Lead ..." We'll keep that prose. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Strategic Planning and Execution, Collaboration And Partnership, Opportunity Discovery And Assessment, Implementation Leadership, Metrics And Reporting, Ethics & Governance, Thought Leadership. Each has multiple sentences. We'll turn each bullet into

  • maybe grouping? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
        with each responsibility as
      • . We'll keep the content inside each
      • as prose (maybe multiple sentences). Ensure we preserve all details. Requirements: "What We’re Looking For Basic Required Qualifications:" list: 8+ years of experience..., Proven experience..., Strong project..., Excellent communication... We'll make a
list. Qualifications: "Additional Preferred Qualifications:" list: Experience partnering..., Knowledge..., Demonstrated success..., Passion... We'll make a
. Skills: Not explicit separate list; maybe we can combine required qualifications as skills? But we have a Skills section optional; we could omit if no explicit skills. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications? But they ask to use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Skills if we have content; maybe we can extract skills from responsibilities like "Strategic thinking, communication, analytical". But that's part of qualifications. Safer to omit Skills if no explicit content. However we could infer skills from "Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills". That's a skill list. We could put that under Skills. But we must not invent. It's explicitly stated as skills. So we can create Skills section with that sentence. Benefits: The "What’s In It For You?" section includes mission, people, values, benefits list. The benefits list: Health & Wellness, Flexible Downtime, Continuous Learning, Invest in Your Future, Family Friendly Perks, Beyond the Basics. We'll make a
list. Pay: Compensation/Benefits Information: anticipated base salary range $115,236 to $201,357, plus annual incentive plan, eligible for additional benefits. We'll make a

with that info. Schedule: Not present, omit. We must not include boilerplate like "Our Mission Advancing Essential Intelligence." etc? That's part of benefits? It's more about company; but we can keep as prose under Benefits? The instruction: include Benefits section only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting includes a benefits list; we can include that. The preceding paragraphs about mission, people, values could be considered boilerplate? They are not exactly boilerplate but maybe generic. However they are part of "What’s In It For You?" which is a benefits/culture section. We could keep them as prose under Benefits before the list. That's fine. We must remove duplicated lines, application instructions, EEO, fraud alert, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

              About the role

              ...

              Responsibilities

              Skills

Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business outcomes

But note we already used that sentence in Requirements; duplicating may be redundant. Better to not duplicate; maybe Skills section can be omitted. However we have used that sentence already in Requirements; we could keep Skills empty? Better to omit Skills section if no unique content. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can drop Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Now Benefits section: We'll include prose about mission, people, values maybe as

then list. Benefits content: "Our Mission Advancing Essential Intelligence. Our People We're more than 35,000 strong worldwide—so we're able to understand nuances while having a broad perspective. We'll split into prose and list. Prose: maybe first paragraph up to "Benefits We take care of you..." then list. Simplify: We'll put a

with the mission/people/values description (maybe up to "Benefits We take care of you...") then a

for the benefits items. Let's extract: Mission/People/Values: "Our Mission Advancing Essential Intelligence. Our People We're more than 35,000 strong worldwide—so we're able to understand nuances while having a broad perspective. Our team is driven by curiosity and a shared belief that Essential Intelligence can help build a more prosperous future for us all. From finding new ways to measure sustainability to analyzing energy transition across the supply chain to building workflow solutions that make it easy to tap into insight and apply it.
