AI Engineer - Director

About the role

The role involves leading AI solution development and transformation programs across industries, focusing on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps, and designing scalable multi-agent conversational AI and automation systems.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technology, with leadership roles in consulting or tech organizations
• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required
• Deep expertise in Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud AI ecosystems, including agent build functionality for chatbots and virtual assistants
• Proficiency in designing AI‑powered workflows and enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP)
• Strong understanding of scaling AI solutions, MLOps, and ethical AI practices, with industry consulting insights
• Ability to lead teams, foster innovation, and work collaboratively within a professional environment
