About the role

The Director, AI Strategy Architect leads the development and transformation of AI solutions, focusing on cloud AI services to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making across industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration, quality, scalability, and security.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Drive business development by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and securing new client engagements.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with platform teams (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) to enhance AI capabilities within ecosystems.
• Set strategic vision for AI offerings, staying current with advancements and promoting innovation.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years’ experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technologies, with leadership experience in consulting or tech firms.
• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related fields (Bachelor’s required).

Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud AI ecosystems, including agent build functionalities.
• Proficiency in architecting AI-powered workflows and integrating conversational AI with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of scaling AI solutions, ethical AI, MLOps, and best practices in AI orchestration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
