About the role

Product.ai is a profitable, bootstrapped startup building the intelligence that tells you what's actually true about a product. This role exists to manage the live automation that allows 20 people to operate like a company many times our size.

Responsibilities

• Decide how new automations run, what governs them, and what verifies them.
• Build verification tools that scale as work compounds.
• Design liveness checks for every automation.
• Own token economics and model routing for the fleet.
• Ship features with verification companions, fixing specs instead of symptoms.

Requirements

• Strong ability to read and understand complex systems.
• Experience building and verifying automations in production.
• Comfort with deep architectural thinking and implementation.
• Ability to diagnose and fix failures independently.
• Clear communication skills to explain reasoning behind decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining production automations.
• Experience with automated verification and liveness checks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions in real-time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

Total first-year comp: $250,000–$500,000 (base + equity + profit sharing).
