AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered products and features for both users and businesses
• Develop agent-driven applications, workflows, APIs, and user experiences
• Work across the stack (backend or full-stack) to bring AI products from idea to production
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to solve real user problems
• Experiment with the latest LLMs, AI agents, and developer tools to improve product capabilities
• Continuously iterate on product quality using user feedback and data

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building AI-powered products, applications, or features using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or similar technologies
• Expertise in either backend or full-stack development
• Strong ownership and ability to drive projects from idea to production
• Interest in building AI products for real users rather than focusing purely on research or infrastructure
