AI Engineer

The Role

Drive technical vision and architecture for enterprise AI applications
Integrate LLMs, agent workflows, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
Partner with product, data science, and engineering leaders
Mentor teams and raise standards in Agile, testing, security, and documentation
Design RAG and agent workflows; optimize LLM integrations
Build multi-tenant, high-availability systems with observability

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 10+ years of programming experience in relevant languages and frameworks (Python, Java, Node.js, Go; React, Vue, or Angular)
• Proven track record designing and shipping production applications incorporating LLMs or AI services at scale
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone) and advanced embedding model optimization
• Expertise with multiple LLM providers and advanced AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Extensive experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship
