Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enabled analytics applications utilizing modern cloud and data platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, semantic layers, and data products that support advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Develop machine learning, optimization, and decision-support solutions for client engagements.
• Work extensively within Databricks and Snowflake environments to build production-ready analytical applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements, communicate findings, and translate analytical outputs into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize modern AI technologies, prompt engineering techniques, and LLM-based workflows to accelerate solution development and client value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Product leadership to deliver high-impact client solutions.

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required. Master's degree in Computer Science strongly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, data engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Skills: Advanced SQL development skills, Strong experience with Databricks, Strong experience with Snowflake, Experience building AI-enabled applications and solutions, Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics methodologies, Strong programming skills in Python, Familiarity with prompt engineering and modern LLM technologies, Experience developing cloud-based analytical solutions.
• Other:
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Willingness to travel periodically for client engagements and team collaboration, Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies, Experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, next best action, recommendation engines, or advanced customer analytics, Experience building AI-powered applications using Databricks, Snowflake, Claude, OpenAI, or similar technologies, Experience architecting semantic layers, metadata frameworks, or enterprise AI solutions, Consulting, professional services, or client-facing project experience.
