Core Responsibilities
- Design and manage the department's end-to-end AI learning program, from defining learning pathways and curating training solutions to developing a central repository of best-practice guides and self-service resources.
- Participate in the department's AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop practical frameworks and standards.
- Foster a vibrant AI community of practice by launching working groups, supporting a network of "AI Champions," and facilitating peer-learning showcases and forums.
- Partner with departmental leadership and HR on AI-related talent strategy, advising on organizational design, competency modeling, and change management.
- Directly support talent acquisition by helping to revise job descriptions and inform interview strategies.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate constituencies which could span multiple organizational boundaries. Demonstrated excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions using good business judgment and innovative and creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to manage financial, organizational and staff resources. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships. Relevant subject matter expertise.
