About the role

As an AI Developer at worx-ai, you will lead the design and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML solutions within the Azure cloud environment. You will build RAG-based applications, optimize LLMs, and implement robust MLOps pipelines. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable enterprise intelligence using Azure’s premier AI services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated machine learning pipelines (MLOps) using Azure DevOps and Azure Machine Learning for scalable model management.
• Integrate complex AI solutions with cloud-native services including Azure Functions, Kubernetes (AKS), and Azure AI Search to support high-performance microservices.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a deep mastery of Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with the Azure ecosystem, specifically Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native integration tools like AKS.
• Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD, with proven experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI applications and secure data processing workflows.
