AI Developer
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI, GenAI, custom GPT, automation, and analytics solutions that support business process improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, MVPs, and scalable solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to perform extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and transformation.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to document workflows, support adoption, and troubleshoot enhancements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, OR bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, OR diploma and 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, or digital workflow solutions.
- Ability to build or configure custom GPTs, AI assistants, chatbots, prompt-based workflows, or similar GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Experience writing or adapting code, scripts, workflows, or automation logic, with working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, or similar tools.
