AI Developer

Empath Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AI Developer to optimize and support our Salesforce platform across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and IT to enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption. This is a high-impact position where you will help shape how Salesforce supports key business processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare environment. What You'll Do Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion and modeling to deployment and monitoringBuild and scale modern AI architectures, including generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applicationsDevelop APIs, microservices, and integration layers to embed AI into enterprise systemsLead evaluation and implementation of AI tools, platforms, and frameworks across the organizationEstablish MLOps practices including automated pipelines, model governance, and performance monitoringPartner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable ROI Why Join Empath Health?
