Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products, including Technical Design Agents, Configuration (Config) Agent, and AI Testing and Quality-focused agents.
- Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.
Requirements
- AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, or technical design concepts.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Nice to Have
- AI Cloud Architecture and development.
Pay
$110,000–$150,000 a year.
