About the role

AI Developer with experience designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to solve complex business problems. Skilled in building intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python, and cloud-based AI services. Experienced in developing scalable AI solutions, integrating machine learning models into enterprise applications, and optimizing model performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and integrate Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Llama, or Gemini.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for classification, prediction, recommendation, and anomaly detection.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build REST APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve the accuracy and relevance of LLM responses.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, and cloud storage.
• Deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience building and deploying AI applications using cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
