Accountabilities
- Lead customer-facing implementation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of AI-driven solutions while building strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
- Combine project management, technical enablement, workflow design, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, success metrics, and delivery plans to ensure rapid time to value.
- Conduct discovery sessions with business and operational teams to understand customer goals, workflows, requirements, and implementation priorities.
- Translate customer needs into effective solution configurations, including AI-powered workflows, signals, templates, and automation processes.
- Guide customers through setup, testing, training, and adoption activities while ensuring solutions align with best practices.
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining successful project execution.
- Coordinate technical integrations with CRM platforms and sales technology ecosystems while collaborating with internal engineering teams on migrations and launches.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to share insights, performance results, recommendations, and ongoing improvement opportunities.
- Support pre-sales activities by assisting with trials, solution demonstrations, and customer discovery when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve implementation processes, documentation, enablement materials, and customer experience strategies.
- Help establish scalable deployment practices by creating playbooks, best practice guides, and operational frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations and understanding how technology can improve revenue operations and customer workflows.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, prospecting workflows, and sales technology ecosystems.
- Experience working with sales and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer projects while maintaining strong organization, communication, and delivery standards.
- Excellent customer management skills, including discovery, advisory conversations, stakeholder alignment, and project coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in an early-stage or rapidly changing environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Highly collaborative mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using AI tools, developing AI workflows, or applying prompt engineering techniques is a plus.
- Previous B2B SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience is preferred.
