Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience

Required Skills

• Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) design, optimization, and troubleshooting, including embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies, and retrieval tuning.
• Applied experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, function calling, and building or enhancing conversational AI interfaces or custom AI agents.
• Experience developing scalable front-end applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, with strong UI/UX sensibilities for data products.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evolving AI/LLM metrics, telemetry, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Experience translating complex technical or analytical work into clear stories, compelling presentations, and demos for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with business units to understand needs and deliver high-impact, user-centric data and AI products.
• Experience owning full life-cycle development—from ideation and prototyping through deployment, iteration, and long-term maintenance—with minimal oversight.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, cloud-based deployments, and observability/debugging workflows.
• Familiarity with vector stores (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Azure Cognitive Search), LLM model behavior, and RAG workflow integration.
• Demonstrated autonomy, innovative thinking, and ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready systems quickly.
• Familiarity integrating authentication systems (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and connecting to third-party identity providers such as ID.me or Clear.
