What You'll Do
- Own Strategic Customer Relationships:
- Manage and grow relationships with priority ecommerce customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, growth, and ecommerce teams
- Lead business reviews, strategy sessions, and executive conversations
- Drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term success
- Identify opportunities for customers to get more value
- Help Brands Adopt AI:
- Guide customers in using the company's AI-powered tools
- Help brands build workflows for content generation, creative production, personalization, and optimization
- Translate AI capabilities into practical business strategies
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and workflows
- Help customers adopt new technologies that create measurable impact
- Improve Marketing and Commerce Performance:
- Advise customers on paid media, content strategy, conversion optimization, and customer engagement
- Analyze performance across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, email, and onsite experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Help customers build better creative testing systems and content strategies
- Turn marketing data into clear recommendations and action plans
- Persistently Cross-Functionally Partner:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Share customer feedback and market insights to influence the product roadmap
- Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities for automation
- Help define best practices, onboarding processes, and customer playbooks
- Contribute to the company's broader AI commerce strategy
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, consulting, or a related role
- Experience working directly with ecommerce brands or digital marketing teams
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, content strategy, conversion optimization, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, or similar tools
- Strong interest in AI and understanding of how AI can drive business outcomes
- Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning customer outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strategic CSMs who want to be closer to growth, AI, and product strategy
- Growth marketers or agency strategists who enjoy working directly with customers
- Ecommerce operators who understand how brands think and move
