About the Opportunity:The AI BUSINESS AUTOMATION PROJECT MANAGER, HEALTH PLAN SERVICES is responsible for delivering projects and driving technology-enabled improvements within the Eligibility and Reconciliation team. The role combines project management, operational improvement, and hands-on AI and automation development to enhance eligibility and reconciliation processes, directly impacting health plan operations by reducing manual tasks and improving accuracy. Responsibilities:Lead projects across Eligibility, Reconciliation, Claims, Network, and other health plan operations teams to successful implementationImprove or implement systems and technology supporting eligibility determination, enrollment, and reconciliationDesign, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to streamline operationsCollaborate with business owners and leadership to identify automation opportunities and set expectationsDocument project and automation logic for maintainability and governanceTrack and report project status, manage resources, and motivate teamsDevelop stakeholder relationships to ensure solutions meet business needs Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred; PMP or Six Sigma certification preferredAt least five years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare systemsExperience in regulated healthcare environments, especially health plan operations related to eligibility, enrollment, or reconciliationAbility to design and build AI agents and automation workflows using AI platforms with a focus on practical business applicationsExperience gathering and translating operational requirements into AI and automation solutionsWillingness to use AI-assisted development tools to prototype and improve solutions; coding experience is helpful but not mandatoryComfortable collaborating with technical teams using low-code/no-code tools to integrate AI workflows Pay Range and Compensation Package:Compensation ranges from $109,240.54 to $144,197.50 USD, including base salary plus bonus Benefits & Perks:Medical insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision17 days of personal time off, 12 holidays, and 6 sick days401(k) savings plan with match Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
