Responsibilities
- Diagnose: Shadow departments, map workflows, quantify inefficiencies
- Ship production AI systems: Design/deploy AI agents with LLMs, APIs, workflow tools
- Contribute to client revenue agents: Production code within 30 days
- Document everything: SOPs and Loom walkthroughs
- Drive adoption: 70%+ adoption within 30 days
- Build intake system for automation requests
- Report leverage quarterly
Requirements
- AI Power User level (orchestrated multiple tools, built production automations)
- Thinks in leverage, not tasks
- Quantifies everything
- Communicates clearly, drives adoption
- CS/engineering/business degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Qualifications
- What This Role Is Not:
- Not research or explore AI
- Not a ticket-taker
- Not pure technical (must drive adoption)
- Not measured in tools deployed
Pay
- Full-time contractor, $25/hr
