Role 1: AI Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance custom AI-powered systems for real-world client projects
• Develop and maintain automations using n8n
• Integrate tools such as OpenAI, Eleven Labs, and CRM systems
• Design logic for AI agents
• Optimize existing systems for performance, cost, and stability
• Implement new use cases for customer projects

Requirements

• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or OpenAI
• Understanding of APIs and system integration
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern tools

Nice to have

• Experience with voice or chat automations
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python

Pay

Fixed salary.

Role 2: Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Cold outreach to potential customers
• Qualify leads
• Schedule sales calls
• Follow up with prospects

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Confidence in conversations
• Motivation for sales
• Discipline and self-initiative
• Experience in cold calling

Nice to have

• Experience with voice and AI systems

Pay

Fixed salary + uncapped commission.

Role 3: Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales conversations
• Present our solutions
• Identify and solve customer-specific problems
• Close deals
• Handle objections

Requirements

• Experience in sales, ideally high-ticket sales
• Confident demeanor
• Strong closing skills

Nice to have

• Experience with structured sales processes

Pay

High uncapped commissions per deal.
