AI Analytic Software Engineer-Senior

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analytic Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical AI and analytics solutions within a highly governed environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate advanced AI capabilities through application programming interfaces (APIs) such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Build intuitive front-end experiences using technologies like AWS Amplify and React.
• Implement analytic governance and AI governance frameworks.
• Ensure all models, data, and workflows are compliant, auditable, and aligned with customer and enterprise policy.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in computer science or a related STEM discipline and eight (8) years or relevant experience is required.
• A Doctoral degree (PHD) and four (4) years, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree and six (6) years, or an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree and ten (10) years of experience is also acceptable.
• Strong proficiency with object-oriented languages like Python and Java.
• Demonstrable expertise with analytic development environments and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong agile delivery skills using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with modern version control and model/code management using Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, Bailo, or similar tools.
• Experience with the following tech stack: PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Query Time Analytics, Customer tools and data repositories.
