About the role

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a technology consulting services company based in Florida, providing experienced business and IT professionals for solution design to implementation and support, specializing in professional IT consulting, IT staffing, business/IT strategy, business process blueprints, enterprise architecture, and enterprise transformation. This contract‑to‑hire position is located in Baltimore, MD (hybrid) and seeks an experienced AI Agile Coach to support enterprise Lean‑Agile and product transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
• Drive Lean‑Agile and product transformation.
• Deliver SAFe training and workshops for teams and leadership.
• Support ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile ceremonies.
• Help establish and mature platform teams and LACE.
• Partner with technology teams and leadership to improve product delivery and Agile maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Agile Coaching experience with strong RTE experience.
• Must have experience coaching RTEs and ARTs.
• Must have strong Lean‑Agile transformation experience.
• Must have SAFe SPC6 certification.
• Must have strong SAFe training and coaching experience.
• Experience providing SAFe training to teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and leadership.
• Strong Scrum and Kanban experience.
• Experience with project‑to‑product transformation.
• Strong technology background (must have).
• Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean‑Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
• Experience launching/coaching Agile Release Trains and platform teams.
• AI/GenAI or emerging technology experience is preferred.
