AI Advisory Principal

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and outcome accountability
• Sell Advisory services and represent the company at industry events
• Develop and articulate the vertical point of view on AI-related challenges and solutions
• Document best practices and feedback to evolve the Advisory approach
• Coach and manage team Consultants, contributing to their professional growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Tier 1 consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), ideally in AI strategy or transformation
• Proficient in scoping, proposal creation, and pitching client engagements
• Ability to advise on AI value creation and use-case identification
• Technical expertise to collaborate with Solutions Engineers on AI feasibility
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies such as strategy development and change management
• Experience in designing and facilitating client workshops
• Strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility and ownership of outcomes
• Hands-on approach with the ability to engage in both strategic oversight and detailed work

Pay

$207,200 – $259,000 annually
