About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead advisory engagements from pre-sales to final delivery, ensuring accountability for outcomes
- Develop and solidify the vertical advisory approach, incorporating industry insights and client needs
- Surface and document engagement patterns to improve and expand the Advisory toolkit
- Manage and mentor consultants, focusing on their professional growth and engagement effectiveness
- Drive direct client engagement through workshops, leading discussions on AI opportunities and strategies
- Build credibility and pitch advisory solutions through interactions at industry events and meetings
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to refine and validate technical feasibility of AI solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience at a Tier 1 firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) with a focus on AI strategy or transformation
- Proven experience in scoping, proposal development, and engaging clients in selling advisory services
- Strong judgment to independently advise clients on AI value identification and usage
- Technical credibility to communicate effectively on AI solutions with engineering teams
- Familiarity with consulting essentials: strategy, governance, change management, and executive communication
- Experience in workshop design and facilitation for client engagements
- A trusted advisor approach, capable of building relationships and owning outcomes independently
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in engagements
Pay
$207,200 – $259,000 annually
