AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents for workflow improvement
• Support super user network with design consultations and coaching
• Collaborate with leadership and teams for safe, effective AI governance
• Contribute to AI program enhancements based on insights from builds
• Foster partnerships across levels to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years in operations, analytics, product, strategy, or similar area
• Experience in building and deploying AI agents or technology tools
• Strong skills in workflow analysis
• Experience with iterative design and rapid experimentation
• Critical thinking ability to evaluate AI outputs
• Strong mentorship and instructional skills
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, PACE model preferred but not required

Pay

$120,165 – $158,617 annually
