Responsibilities
- Support initiatives that promote AI adoption, digital literacy, and innovation across the organization.
- Help drive employee engagement programs focused on digital transformation and emerging technologies.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and presenting information to identify opportunities for improving digital readiness and AI utilization.
- Contribute to communications, awareness campaigns, and learning initiatives that encourage effective use of AI and digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices, success stories, and innovative approaches to digital work.
- Support the creation and maintenance of digital content, knowledge‑sharing resources, and employee enablement materials.
- Participate in projects related to change management, user adoption, and organizational digital transformation.
