About Qnity’s AI Adoption Initiative

Qnity is on a mission to empower employees, enhance productivity, and transform work through enterprise-grade generative AI. Our AI adoption program is a cornerstone of this journey, driving engagement, formalizing training, and building a strong peer network to ensure AI becomes a trusted, everyday productivity partner for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing AI adoption campaigns, including creating awareness materials and coordinating online engagement.
• Support the delivery of live demos, orientation events, and training sessions for Copilot users.
• Maintain and update self-serve learning resources and training materials.
• Track participation in enablement activities and collect user feedback to measure impact.
• Help onboard AI Champions, Trainers, and early adopters to build strong peer networks.
• Support community activities and recognition programs to celebrate adoption milestones.
• Prepare usage reports and synthesize insights to inform ongoing improvements.

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.
