About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to develop a web-based interface for a scalable, cloud-native platform that manages and orchestrates complex AI workflows. This platform is built on a robust, open-source architecture used by leading organizations. Your work will shape the user experience, ensuring usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement a user-friendly web-based interface for the platform.
• Develop high-quality, responsive, and interactive components using modern web development technologies.
• Integrate with existing backend services to ensure seamless data exchange and API interactions.
• Participate in code reviews, improve the codebase, and maintain high coding standards.
• Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for components.
• Collaborate with the design team to align the front-end with the company’s visual identity and design principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with the development team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with experience in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with responsive software development and design principles.
• Entry-level understanding of AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex front-end issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, computer science, or information technology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with cloud-based platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Familiarity with machine learning or data science concepts and data visualization tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.

Special Requirements

This position requires U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance. Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
