About the role

Superior Group of Companies (SGC) is launching an AI Internship Program as part of their enterprise AI strategy. This program is designed to build a long-term talent pipeline, with interns growing alongside the business and gaining meaningful experience each semester.

What You’ll Do

• Build and support AI and automation solutions using modern tools and platforms
• Assist with business process improvement, documentation, and process mining
• Partner with teams across SGC to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
• Research and introduce new AI tools, trends, and best practices
• Support development and testing of AI-powered workflows
• Contribute to real projects from day one—not just shadowing

What We’re Looking For

• Rising Junior (completing sophomore year) pursuing a degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or related field
• AI-savvy or strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Curious, motivated, and eager to make an impact
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical)
• Ability to commit ~20 hours/week during the school year through graduation
