About the role

The group will consist of 8 providers, a combination of physicians and APPs. EMR – Epic Schedule – Full Time Days Call rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease).
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate for primary care.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nursing staff, and specialists within the AdventHealth system to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care models.
• Emphasize compassionate, faith-based care that addresses patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current, valid Kansas medical license
• Current, valid DEA license
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
